Our standard

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. Measures we take on this site include:

• Text and interface colors chosen to meet WCAG contrast ratios, in both light and dark mode.
• Full keyboard navigation, a "skip to main content" link and visible focus indicators.
• Meaningful headings, labeled form fields and landmarks for screen readers.
• Text alternatives for icons and status messages announced to assistive technology.
• Respect for your device's "reduce motion" setting, which turns off animations.
• Pages that work when zoomed to 200% and on small screens.

Known limitations

The sample call player on our home page shows written conversations rather than audio. If you would like to hear a live demo in another format, contact us and we will arrange it.
